Ibrahim Sirkeci is Professor of Transnational Studies and Marketing and Director of Regent's Centre for Transnational Studies at Regent's University London, United Kingdom. Ibrahim Sirkeci is a frequent speaker at international events on migration and conflict and a consultant / researcher for governments, industry and the third sector [See news and media section]. His past research includes projects funded by international organisations such as the World Bank, Euromonitor, European Commission, and Ria Money Transfer. He has published widely on human mobility, conflict, ethnicity, and transnational marketing while conducting research in the UK, Germany, Turkey, and Iraq. He has been editor of several peer-reviewed journals including Migration Letters, Transnational Marketing Journal, Journal of Gypsy Studies, Kurdish Studies, Remittances Review, Göç Dergisi.
